Management system engineering

would you like to manage your business systemically?

According to ISO, a management system helps organizations improve their performance by specifying repeatable steps that organizations consciously implement to achieve their goals and objectives, and to create an organizational culture that reflexively engages in a continuous cycle of self-evaluation, correction, and improvement of operations and processes through heightened employee awareness and management leadership and commitment.

The benefits of an effective management system to an organization include:

  • More efficient use of resources and improved financial performance,
  • Improved risk management and protection of people and the environment, and
  • Increased capability to deliver consistent and improved services and products, thereby increasing value to customers and all other stakeholders.

I look forward to helping you start your continuous improvement journey.

Dedication to outcomes

It is one of my main abilities to map and align the client’s business and strategy goals with processes and workflows, that can be measured and assessed.

System Approach

When I am solving a particular system problem, it is essential to figure out, what is the root cause, so I am reviewing each object from different aspects, e.g:

  • complex – to define all related elements, included in the system
  • structure – to determine dependencies between elements
  • functional – to outline functions, that system performs
  • integrational – to assure consistency and integrity between elements within the system
  • communicational – to determine external connections for the system
  • historical – to have a whole picture of the past stages, present circumstances and potential future development of the system

continuous improvement

I am constantly improving my skills and knowledge to reflect actual environmental changes and demands, to be proactive for my client needs.
